Starting out as a rugby player himself, Ben seamlessly moved into the world of coaching to lead the Fiji 7s Rugby Team to win a Gold medal at the Rio Olympics. He was named Ratu Peni Raini Latianara in Fiji, became Chief in the province of Serua, and was awarded the Companion of the Order of Fiji, the highest order attainable on the Islands. He was the Pacific Person of the Year and was short-listed for World Rugby Coach of the Year. In 2013, Ben founded "Sleepandwater," a consultancy company that works across the sporting, educational and business sectors. Every individual, team and organisation has its own unique DNA, Sleepandwater provides the expertise and tools to realise potential.
