"A high-flying analyst in the City"
Prior to her new role at the Spectator, Kate was the Associate Director for the free market think tank the Institute of Economic Affairs, overseeing the IEA’s digital platforms. She has also worked as Head of Communications at the Adam Smith Institute and was an intern at Townhall.com and worked on the Romney for President and Linda McMahon for Senate campaigns in 2012. She regularly features across the national media, including appearances on BBC News, Sky News, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV and BBC’s Question Time. She has written for The Times, Spectator Coffee House, The Times’ Red Box, and Conservative Home. Kate holds an MA in International Relations and Philosophy from University of St. Andrews.
