She is co-founder of the newsletter and podcast Navigating the Vortex, and Professor of Leadership and Governance at IE Business School focusing on corporate governance, ethics and leadership. Lucy has written opinion columns for Project Syndicate and the BBC and hosted a tv show, Reuters "In the Boardroom with Lucy Marcus", on the intersection of boards and leadership.
