From a medical perspective, on the front line of suffering, pain, illness, recovery and treatment, Dr. Alonso Puig has produced some theories and development programs for leadership, team building and high performance in pressured environments. He is a Professor in Leadership, Communication and Business Creativity on several programs at the Garrigues Center for Business Studies and Training where he demonstrates how to understand and develop essential team-leading skills. Trained at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, he has been researching the fundamentals of human intelligence and learning for over 20 years. Mario is a member of the New York Academy of Sciences and the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
