Stella English
Winner of BBC One's The Apprentice
Stella English is instantly recognisable as the 6th winner of the BBC series The Apprentice. The majority of her career was spent working on City trading floors where she rose the ladder into Senior Management and became fully qualified to trade securities and derivatives.
“I’m ready to move on to the next phase of my life. My career is just beginning”
In Detail
Her early years were spent in Thamesmead, a sprawling council estate in London. She left school with no qualifications, but at the time of entering The Apprentice had become Head of Business Management on the trading floor of a Japanese investment bank. Due to pure drive, ambition and self belief Stella has built an extremely successful career in business, against all odds coming from such a deprived background. She now runs her own management consultancy servicing large technology clients troubleshooting and managing strategic initiatives. In 2014 she became the presenter for an exciting new crowdfunding channel ‘CrowdBox TV’. Stella’s resilience and determination to succeed are obvious as she continues to go from strength to strength.
